Nani's Bakery
Our Story

Three generations of Istanbul baking

Nani's Bakery began in a small Istanbul courtyard kitchen, where recipes were passed down by hand — no measuring cups, just instinct and family memory.

Where it began

A courtyard kitchen in Istanbul

Our founder's grandmother, Nani, taught her daughters to bake before they could read — measuring flour by feel, syrup by sound, dough by touch. Those lessons crossed an ocean and became this bakery.

We import our sesame, pistachio, and rosewater from trusted growers in Turkey, and bake everything fresh, in small batches, every single day.
